When your Refuse or Recycling Bin is Full
1. Purchase A Tag From Your Nearest Retail Outlet
2. Attach The Tag To The Handles Of Your Refuse or Recycling Bin
3. Leave Out Your Bin For Collection as Normal On the Night Before
No Bills, No Hassle, Only Pay When Your Bin is Full
